Refund policy

Every order is custom-made for you, so please review your proof carefully.

• Before you approve your proof: you can cancel for a full refund.
• After proof approval / once production starts: orders can't be cancelled or refunded, because materials are cut and printed to your specs.
• Our mistake: if what we deliver doesn't match your approved proof, or arrives damaged, tell us within 7 days and we'll reprint it or refund you.
• Design work already completed is not refundable.

Prices shown online are instant estimates from our shop price list; if a person needs to adjust anything after reviewing your order, we'll contact you before you pay.
